Derek is this Month’s Selected Writer in “The Horror Zine”

My story “Boo!” is featured in the December 2014 issue of The Horror Zine.

This particular story was inspired by old-school horror movies from the 1980s (something I grew up on). I’m proud and excited to be in this publication. This issue features other greats too: fellow writer and friend, Kevin Bufton, Piers Anthony, and other writers! Thanks to editor, Jeani Rector!
